Coordinating the general activities in the pastry shop.
To produce pastries as per orders received.
To develop new recipes and designs.
To inspect the pastry equipment and machinery.
To ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the highest quality & safety standards.
Quality control of finished products.
To supervise the packing and outgoing shipment.
Job Requirement
A diploma in Culinary Arts or Baking Technology.
Has and eye and taste for creating delicious confections.
Has passion in this type of industry.
Eager to learn and contribute new ideas and recipes, as well as to gain experience.
Has a positive attitude.
Must be able to work in Kelana Jaya Area.
